My Faith in Writing

I want to glorify God through my writing, and to encourage the reader to a more intimate relationship with Him. My goal is not to preach, but to create a curiosity that will cause the reader to seek the God I love and serve.

I want the reader to ask, "What is it about her that’s different?" I want the reader to say, "I want what she’s got."

If I can illustrate a point in such a way that the reader says, "I never thought of it like that before.", and is compelled to go to scripture to investigate for themselves, then I’ve done my job.

For the secular market, my goal is to give good value for money, to make editors want to work with me because I meet deadlines, to cause readers to see something different about me, and then when they look for more of my work, they’ll find the books and articles about faith.
